If my card says “Employer’s Name,” what do I use as my name when I check out?

Once your card was issued to you it was registered under your name, even if your card has the name of your employer on it. You must use the exact name that you gave to your employer when hired when you check out online. Please check with your employer to verify the full legal name your card was registered with if needed.
