Immediately call Visa® customer support at 1-833-635-6301 and report the purchase in question. You may want to ask the Visa® customer support agent to cancel your card. There is no need to have Visa® mail you a new card, just visit your HR or payroll department and get a replacement card.
If you are a Plata Pay™ mobile app user you can also take the step of defunding your card by making an account-to-account transfer within the app. This will set the card balance to $0.00 while maintaining your money in a separate account. This step will also prevent any unauthorized purchases from occurring.
