The card may not be working for several reasons.
- The card may not have been activated properly when received. Please call and activate the card upon arrival, as well as setting a PIN.
- The card may not be funded. Until payroll is issued to the Plata Pay™ Visa® payroll debit card there will be a $0.00 balance, even if the card is properly activated.
- The card may have a $0.00 balance from previous transactions.
- If possible fraudulent activity has been detected, or cardholder identity has possibly been compromised the card may be de-activated while the issue is investigated.
- Card limitations may have been reached, such as the daily or monthly ATM withdrawal limits, daily or monthly spending limits, or daily and monthly load and transfer limits. Please refer to the restrictions sheet that was included with your card, or click here to view the card limitations
- The PIN that was set may be locked. Please contact customer service to unlock a PIN (1-833-635-6301).
